Bug Art Scenics Dolphin Blank Greeting Card
Exquisite in design and colour the new Dolphin blank greeting card from Bug Art is part of their new Scenics range designed by Jane Crowther.
Each card is embossed with gold foil and supplied with a white envelope in a biodegradable bag. All cards are blank inside for you to personalise with your own message.

Your order will usually be sent by Royal Mail or courier. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
We offer FREE Delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and a signature will be required upon receipt of delivery. Standard delivery usually takes 4-5 days. Premium delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for and a signature will be required upon receipt of delivery. Premium delivery usually takes 1-3 days. Delivery for personalised goods is 5-7 days but please allow up to 10 days. Orders containing only Greeting Cards qualify for the Standard UK or International delivery method, please allow for up to 5 days or more for delivery. If you need an item urgently please call 01239 710286 and we will do our very best to oblige. Please allow for longer delivery during peak times such as Christmas.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. Instructions for packages sent by courier to be left on the premises or with a neighbour when you are not a home are left at your own risk and no liability rests with either Tivy Hall Ltd or the courier company. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. An additional postal charge will be made for items in need of posting twice due to an incorrect address being supplied.
Tivy Hall is a UK based company and we are happy to ship worldwide to most locations. Please let us know if you require shipping to a country not listed when you checkout. International delivery is by airmail. Target delivery times are approximately 7 working days.
EU DELIVERY CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
All delivery charges are dependent upon weight and destination, starting at £3.95 for the UK, £15.00 for EU Countries and £30.00 for the rest of the world. The actual charges are shown before checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery but before you are asked to confirm the order.
If you live locally to Newcastle Emlyn we also offer a FREE Click & Collect service. Please choose click and collect at the checkout. When collecting your order, you will need your order number and we will request confirmation of your home address as proof of identity.
We want you to be entirely happy with every purchase you make from Tivy Hall and we are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within 14 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging along with your name, order number and explanatory note. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Tivy Hall. If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit, we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us at:

If you do need to return any goods to us by post, please make sure that they are packaged securely and we strongly recommend they are returned using insured registered delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your post office receipt for proof of postage. This is really important as we can only issue a refund once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described*:
- Goods that have been personalised
- For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange personal grooming products, cosmetics or pierced jewellery unless they are faulty
- Perishable goods
- Items if the seal has been broken
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
